About Us

I bring over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, spanning hospitality, academia, manufacturing, telecommunications, and non-government organizations. My career has taken me across the globe—including China, India, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, England, France, Mexico, and Costa Rica. In the United States, I have primarily worked in California—arguably the most complex state for HR professionals, requiring navigation through a dense web of federal, state, and local regulations.

If there’s one universal truth I’ve discovered, it’s this: Wherever people work together, employee relations challenges arise.

From “he-said, she-said” disputes to allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and even wage and hour violations, the issues are often strikingly similar—regardless of geography, industry, or hierarchy. These challenges are often amplified by flawed HR systems, payroll errors, or external social and economic pressures.

But beneath all the complexity, one constant remains:
