From Form to Process

It started with a simple form—and evolved into a comprehensive standard operating procedure.
The process captures all critical facts and supporting evidence, ensuring Legal had what they needed upfront. More importantly, it shifted accountability to people managers by requiring them to document the details of the matter.

Over 30 years of Human Resources experience spanning hospitality, academia, manufacturing, telecommunications, and nonprofit sectors. My career has taken me across the globe—including China, India, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, England, France, Mexico, and Costa Rica. Within the United States, I’ve worked primarily in California—arguably the most complex HR landscape in the country due to its intricate blend of federal, state, and local employment laws.
